You decide how much entrant information to provide. When you upload entries, include only the information you need to identify winners and administer the sales promotion.

Account access

Sign in to view private draw records, account details, and saved activity. Keep your password confidential, use a unique password, and sign out when using a shared computer.

Only you and randomdraws.co.nz™ administrators can access your draw records.

Secure website connections and hosting

randomdraws.co.nz™ uses secure website connections to protect information in transit between your browser and our servers. We host and process personal information using cloud services from Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.

Payment security

Stripe processes card payments. You can also use PayPal. These providers focus on payment processing and fraud prevention.

Private customer and entrant data

We do not disclose personal information outside TPAL, randomdraws.co.nz™, and their controlled entities without consent, except as described in our privacy policy, where service providers need the information to deliver the service, or where the law requires it.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties so they can market their products or services. Our service providers, like Stripe, PayPal, Cloudflare, and Microsoft Azure, help with hosting, transactions, support, and similar operational work. They may access only the information they need to provide those services.

Draw records and transparency

The same controls support fair draws. randomdraws.co.nz™ records draw details and produces evidence that helps customers, auditors, and entrants confirm that the promoter ran a draw through our system.

Reduce what you upload

Avoid uploading unnecessary data. If the draw does not need names, email addresses, phone numbers, or addresses, leave them out of the entry file. Upload the smallest practical file that supports the rules of your sales promotion and your record keeping obligations.
